This will be a Virtual (online) meeting.  If you would like a link to attend the meeting as a guest, please contact <a href=\"mailto:president@lumsdentracecirclehoa.com\">president@lumsdentracecirclehoa.com<\/a> with your request as well as your house #. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All homeowners are encouraged to attend but it is not required.  At these meetings, the Board discusses events affecting the Association and we handle financial transactions.  Committees provide reports so everyone knows what is going on.  It can even be a fun time!  We laugh, we joke, we are homeowners of Lumsden Trace just like you are.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come join us!  As a non-board member, you will not have the ability to vote on actions that are brought forward.
