Dues are required to be paid and not optional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"> Due Date: Dues must be received (NOT just <strong>postmarked<\/strong>) prior to <br>1159pm on <strong>June 30th<\/strong> of Each Year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Your dues payment covers the following expenses:<br>Reclaimed Water for the Irrigation System<br>Lease and Electrical Costs of the TECO Light Poles<br>Electrical Costs for the Entrance Lighting<br>Lawn Care (Mowing, Lawn Pest Control) in the Common Areas<br>Insurance for the Common Areas<br>Internet Services (Website Hosting, Camera Access)<br>Capital Expenditures when Budgeted<br>Other Miscellaneous Services Provided by the HOA (Welcoming Committee, mailing of invoices, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">Note to former Credit Card users:<br> We have permanently disabled the use of Credit Cards to pay HOA dues.
