Dues Information

The HOA dues for 2025 are $550 per year and per property. Dues are required to be paid and not optional.

Due Date: Dues must be received (NOT just postmarked) prior to
1159pm on June 30th of Each Year.

Your dues payment covers the following expenses:
Reclaimed Water for the Irrigation System
Lease and Electrical Costs of the TECO Light Poles
Electrical Costs for the Entrance Lighting
Lawn Care (Mowing, Lawn Pest Control) in the Common Areas
Insurance for the Common Areas
Internet Services (Website Hosting, Camera Access)
Capital Expenditures when Budgeted
Other Miscellaneous Services Provided by the HOA (Welcoming Committee, mailing of invoices, etc.)

Note to former Credit Card users:
We have permanently disabled the use of Credit Cards to pay HOA dues. This decision was made because of the inability to completely track payments to individual homeowners, as well as the enormous fees the HOA was incurring to have this service.

Your annual dues payment can be made by check, cashiers check, or money order.
