The Board of Directors for the Lumsden Trace Circle Homeowners Association are going to hold their monthly meeting on November 6th, 2025 at 7pm Eastern. This will be a Virtual (online) meeting. (Due to scheduling conflicts, the October meeting will be cancelled.)
All homeowners are encouraged to attend but it is not required. At these meetings, the Board discusses events affecting the Association and we handle financial transactions. Committees provide reports so everyone knows what is going on. It can even be a fun time! We laugh, we joke, we are homeowners of Lumsden Trace just like you are.
Come join us! As a non-board member, you will not have the ability to vote on actions that are brought forward. You will also be asked to not un-mute your audio during the meeting unless you have been called upon by the meeting host, usually the President of the Association.
