A SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD

Lumsden Trace is located in central Valrico, Florida situated in eastern Hillsborough County near Tampa. The neighborhood was constructed between 1999-2002 in what used to be an orange grove. Paragon Homes built this neighborhood of 62 homes completing final construction of the last home in early 2002. Then they built a similar neighborhood nearby called Duncan Grove. The Lumsden Trace HOA formally took control of the homeowners association in August of 2001 and since has worked hard to keep the cost down and keep the neighborhood looking beautiful.
