Lumsden Trace HOA
"A Deed Restricted Neighborhood"
Where we began:
Lumsden Trace, located in central Valrico, FL
situated in eastern Hillsborough County
began construction in 1999 in what was an
orange grove. Paragon Homes built this
neighborhood of 62 homes completing final
construction of the last home in early 2002.
The Lumsden Trace HOA formally took
control of the homeowners association in
August of 2001.

Board Composition
Currently the board has five elected positions
including President, Vice President,
Secretary and Treasurer, the fifth board
member is a voting officer. In addition to the
board, the association also overseas a
Architectural Design and Review Committee
(ADRC), a Ground and Landscape
Committee and a Welcoming Committee.

Front Entrance
Lumsden Trace is composed of a
single street that forms a circle in
which all 62 homes are located.
There is a single front entrance
which eliminates unwanted traffic.
Lumsden Trace also prohibits
solicitation.
