Proposal

We hereby propose to furnish all the materials and perform all the necessary labor for the completion of:

1) Residential irrigation reclaim water hook up (per borne) to existing reclaimed meter, includes permitting, material, labor and inspections needed for completion of installation.

Total $300.00

2) Reclaim irrigation hose bibb installation includes the following:

A) locking reclaim Valve box with hinged lid.

B) ¾” brass ball valve.

C) ¾” female camlock x male tread.

D) ¾” male camlock x hose barb.

E) all necessary materials & labor needed to install above to county code.

Total $250.00

Acceptance of the proposal

The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. Steve Davis is authorized to do the work as specified. Please return original to our office once accepted and signed.

1) One Year Warranty on Parts and Labor.

2) Proposal becomes contract once signed.

3) Payment due upon completion of work.

4) Proposal good for 30 days from date above.

5) Checks made payable lo Steve Davis.
